11Vertex began in December 2024, not as a polished agency pitch, but as freelance engineering work: random scopes, late-night deploys, and clients who needed a senior builder they could trust.
Those early projects taught us what still defines the studio: be direct, ship real software, and treat every engagement like something you would run in production yourself.
Today, led by founder Kashyap Thakar, we work as a focused product studio. You collaborate with the people writing code and making architectural decisions, not layers of account management.
We act as a dedicated technical partner, with the speed of a startup and the rigour of an enterprise engineering team, building digital experiences that scale.

Discovery
We start with workshops and interviews to understand goals, constraints, users, and existing systems, not just the feature list.
Architecture
We produce a technical architecture, data model, and delivery plan. Everyone agrees on scope and milestones before build starts.
Build & Ship
We ship in one- to two-week cycles with weekly demos, staging deploys, and direct access to the team building your product.
Launch & Handoff
We deploy to production, set up monitoring, document runbooks, and pair with your team until you're confident operating the system.

Our Story
Freelance beginnings
Started taking freelance software projects in December 2024. Early work was a mix of small builds, fixes, and one-off requests. Messy scopes, but real deadlines. That is where 11Vertex started.
Studio model
Repeat clients and referrals pushed us beyond one-off gigs. We formalized how we work: fixed-scope projects, weekly demos, and direct access to the engineers doing the work.
AI & Cloud Practice
Expanded AI/ML and cloud practices, shipping RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and production infrastructure for clients across fintech, health, and SaaS.
Today
Continuing to build products that ship, with a growing portfolio across mobile apps, B2B platforms, and AI-powered tools.
