Agreement to Terms

By accessing the 11Vertex website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

11Vertex provides product engineering services including software development, design, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

• Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain 11Vertex property.
• Custom work developed specifically for your project transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You grant us permission to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA restricts this.

Payment

Fees are based on agreed project scope. Payment terms are specified in your contract. Work completed before termination is billed according to the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

11Vertex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice as specified in the contract. Outstanding work and payments are handled per the agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where 11Vertex operates.
